Some of our items have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3.50 if you opt for this service please order no later than: Midnight on Friday 20th December
During the Christmas period (late November to early January) Royal Mail is placed under great pressure due to the increased number of postal items. This combined with the union's decision to go on strike will consequently mean that deliveries may take a longer to arrive than usual.
If you are purchasing for Christmas please order well in advance of the last postal date to ensure that your order arrives in time.
We will always try our best to dispatch items and get them to you as soon as possible, but as we are reliant up the Royal Mail we will not be held responsible for items that are delivered late. Please try to order well in advance of the above date.
UK Deliveries
All prices listed on the website include FREE UK delivery. Once you have placed your order and the item has been paid for, your order will be processed. We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. All items will be sent by Royal Mail and should be delivered within 2-4 days of placing the order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). At busy times there may be a delay, but we always try to aim for these guidelines.
For added safety and speed some items have the option to upgrade delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £3.50
Please note, if you have paid extra for delivery and order the incorrect item we will not refund the delivery cost when processing your return and refund, as we are unable to claim this back from Royal Mail.
International Delivery
Update July 2022 - We are currently unable to send items internationally, we hope to have this resolved quickly
We can send your product to any country in the World. Within Europe deliveries are normally completed by Royal Mail Air Mail, this typically takes 5-7 days to arrive, but can on occasions take longer. For the rest of the World we post items by Royal Mail Air Sure or International Signed For delivery, the delivery time will depend on your location, but please allow up to 10 days. European delivery is £8.99 sterling, with the rest of the World at £9.99 sterling.
For international buyers please note that we are a UK based business with the base currency being UK Sterling, so the actual price paid in Euros or US Dollars may fluctuate due to exchange rates.
Returns Information
Returns and refunds are subject to the following policy.
Please firstly ensure you are buying the correct size case or cover for the model of the Kindle that you own. A Kindle 4 case will not fit a Kindle Touch, etc etc. We have tried to organise the website in such a way that it is easy to navigate to try to minimise the risk of mistakes like this happening. To help with this, at the bottom of each product page are the size and dimensions of the Kindle the case or cover is designed for.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
Please contact us initially via e-mail info@casehappy.co.uk and we may be able to solve the situation without the need for returning the item.
We accept full returns, exchanges and refunds for cases purchased in error or in the unlikely event that you do not like the case or cover, but we will not refund the cost of postage as we have paid for the postage out to you. If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong case or cover in error or if the item is faulty, then we will cover the postage both ways. The full purchase price will be refunded to your card or Paypal account on receipt of the returned item. The item must be returned in pristine A1 condition or a portion of the purchase price maybe withheld. The item must be returned within 30 calendar days of you receiving it.

Faulty Items
We always aim to dispatch our goods to you in perfect condition. However, occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible.
In the event that the product has a fault, please contact us and we will be delighted to help you.
